Custom OEM/ODM goods and fabric-style apparel orders are made for a specific buyer and are generally final once production is completed and shipped.

COLOR & PRODUCTION VARIANCES

Slight differences between samples and bulk production may occur due to yarn lots, dye lots, lighting, craft structure or production batches. Normal tolerance is not treated as a defect.

CLAIMS PROCESS FOR QUALITY ISSUES

1. 1Notification: Contact your sales representative within 7 calendar days after receipt.
2. 2Evidence: Provide order number, product photos or video evidence showing the issue clearly.
3. 3Resolution: For verified defects, we will discuss replacement, repair, credit or other suitable solutions.
